pomu is a tiny-habit companion that uses iOS features (Action Button, Dynamic Island Live Activities, Lock Screen Widgets, StandBy). It is provided as-is. We try our best to make it pleasant, but we make no medical, therapeutic, or wellness claims.
pomu Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple via your App Store account. You can manage and cancel any time in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we cannot grant refunds — those are governed by Apple's policies.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app outside what's permitted by law; use the app to harass others; or use it as a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
pomu is for gentle self-care only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a replacement for professional advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a local crisis line.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with reasonable notice for paid subscribers where required.
We may update these terms. The latest version is at blue-code.github.io/legal/pomu/terms.html.

pomu Pro는 Apple App Store 계정으로 청구되는 자동 갱신 구독입니다. 설정 → [내 이름] → 구독에서 언제든 관리·해지할 수 있으며, 해지는 현재 결제 주기 종료 후 적용됩니다. 환불은 Apple 정책에 따릅니다.
법이 허용하는 범위를 넘어선 리버스 엔지니어링, 타인 괴롭힘, 전문 의료·정신건강 진료 대체 사용은 금합니다.
pomu는 가벼운 자기 돌봄만을 위한 도구이며, 의료기기·진단 도구·전문가 상담을 대체하지 않습니다. 어려움을 겪고 계신다면 전문가나 지역의 위기상담 전화로 연락해 주세요.
본 앱은 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 "있는 그대로", "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제하시는 즉시 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 합리적 사전 고지 후 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 최신본은 blue-code.github.io/legal/pomu/terms.html에 게시됩니다.

pomu Pro は Apple App Store 経由で請求される自動更新サブスクリプションです。設定 →[名前] → サブスクリプションでいつでも管理・解約できます。返金は Apple のポリシーに従います。
法令の範囲を超えるリバースエンジニアリング、他者への嫌がらせ、専門医療の代替使用はおやめください。
pomu はやさしいセルフケアのためのもので、医療機器・診断ツール・専門家相談の代わりにはなりません。困難を感じる場合は専門機関へご相談ください。
本アプリは法令の許す範囲で「現状のまま」「利用可能な状態」で提供されます。
アプリを削除すればいつでも利用を停止できます。
本規約は変更されることがあり、最新版は当ページに掲載されます。
