2. 수집하는 개인정보

PassportLens는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

• 앱은 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 모든 사진 처리는 사용자의 기기에서만(온디바이스) 수행됩니다.

3. 카메라 및 사진 라이브러리 접근

앱은 여권 사진 촬영 및 편집을 위해 다음 권한을 요청합니다:

• 카메라: 여권 사진을 직접 촬영하기 위해 사용됩니다.
• 사진 라이브러리: 기존 사진을 선택하거나, 완성된 사진을 저장하기 위해 사용됩니다.

이러한 접근은 사용자가 명시적으로 허용한 경우에만 이루어지며, 접근된 사진은 기기 내에서만 처리되고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 얼굴 데이터 처리

앱은 여권 사진 규격에 맞는 자동 크롭 및 검증을 위해 Apple Vision 프레임워크를 사용하여 얼굴을 감지합니다.

• 수집하는 얼굴 데이터: 얼굴 위치(bounding box), 눈 위치, 얼굴 각도(roll/yaw/pitch). 생체인식 데이터(Face ID 등)는 사용하지 않습니다.
• 사용 목적: 여권 사진 규격에 맞게 얼굴 위치를 기준으로 자동 크롭하고, 눈 라인 위치와 얼굴 크기가 각국 규격에 부합하는지 검증하는 데에만 사용됩니다.
• 처리 방식: 모든 얼굴 감지는 Apple Vision 프레임워크를 사용하여 기기에서만(온디바이스) 수행됩니다. 어떠한 얼굴 데이터도 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 제3자 공유: 얼굴 데이터는 제3자와 공유되지 않습니다.
• 보관 기간: 얼굴 데이터는 앱의 임시 메모리에서만 존재하며, 사진 처리가 완료되거나 앱이 종료되면 즉시 폐기됩니다. 영구적으로 저장되지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 저장

앱은 처리 중인 사진을 기기의 임시 메모리에서만 다루며, 앱 종료 시 자동으로 해제됩니다. 사용자가 명시적으로 "사진 저장" 또는 "공유"를 선택한 경우에만 기기의 사진 라이브러리에 저장됩니다.

6. 제3자 공유

앱은 어떠한 개인정보나 사진 데이터도 제3자에게 공유, 판매 또는 전송하지 않습니다.

3. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requests the following permissions for passport photo capture and editing:

• Camera: Used to capture passport photos directly.
• Photo Library: Used to select existing photos or save completed photos.

These permissions are only accessed with your explicit consent. All accessed photos are processed on-device only and are never transmitted externally.

4. Face Data Processing

The App uses Apple's Vision framework to detect faces for automatic cropping and compliance validation against passport photo specifications.

• Face data collected: Face position (bounding box), eye position, face angles (roll/yaw/pitch). No biometric identification data (such as Face ID) is used.
• Purpose of use: Face data is used solely to automatically crop photos based on face position according to each country's passport photo specifications, and to validate that eye line position and face size meet the required standards.
• Processing method: All face detection is performed entirely on-device using Apple's Vision framework. No face data is ever transmitted to any server.
• Third-party sharing: Face data is not shared with any third parties.
• Retention period: Face data exists only in the app's temporary memory and is immediately discarded when photo processing is complete or the app is closed. It is never stored persistently.

5. Data Storage

The App handles photos only in the device's temporary memory during processing, which is automatically released when the App is closed. Photos are saved to your Photo Library only when you explicitly choose "Save Photo" or "Share."

6. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not share, sell, or transmit any personal information or photo data to third parties.

7. Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. No data about your App usage is collected.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Changes will be posted on this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App.
