개인정보처리방침 — VisionCut

본 앱(이하 "VisionCut")은 사용자의 영상·오디오·음성 데이터를 소중히 여기며, 본 처리방침에 따라 투명하게 처리합니다. VisionCut은 로컬-퍼스트 비디오 에디터로 설계되었으며, 모든 편집·렌더링·익스포트는 사용자의 기기 내에서만 수행됩니다. 외부 서버로 영상이나 사용자 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다.
1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보

2. 외부 서버로 전송되지 않는 정보
VisionCut은 외부 서버나 분석 서비스로 어떠한 사용자 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다. 다음 정보는 모두 기기 내에만 존재합니다:
- 임포트한 영상·이미지·오디오 원본
- 편집한 클립의 트랜스폼·필터·색보정·자막 정보
- 프록시 트랜스코딩 결과물 (540p H.264 캐시)
- 오디오 처리 결과 (컴프레서·EQ·게이트 적용된 베이크 파일)
- 모션 트래킹·스태빌라이제이션 분석 데이터
- 썸네일·웨이브폼 캐시
- 익스포트된 mp4 결과물
3. 사진 라이브러리 권한
VisionCut은 사용자의 명시적 선택을 통해서만 영상에 접근합니다.
- iOS의 PhotosPicker를 통해 사용자가 직접 고른 영상만 임포트합니다 (앱이 라이브러리 전체에 접근하지 않음)
- 임포트된 영상은 앱 샌드박스 내 프로젝트 폴더로 복사되며, 원본은 수정되지 않습니다
- 편집 결과는 사진 라이브러리에 자동으로 저장되지 않습니다 (사용자가 익스포트 후 별도로 저장)
4. 마이크 권한 (보이스오버)
VisionCut은 사용자가 보이스오버 녹음 기능을 시작했을 때만 마이크에 접근합니다.
- 녹음 데이터는 즉시 프로젝트 폴더에 m4a 파일로 저장됩니다
- 녹음 중 어떠한 데이터도 외부로 전송되지 않습니다
- 마이크 권한은 iOS 설정 > VisionCut > 마이크에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다
5. 음성 인식 권한 (자동 자막)
사용자가 클립에서 "자막 자동 생성" 기능을 사용할 때만 음성 인식이 동작합니다.
- Apple의
SFSpeechRecognizer 프레임워크를 사용합니다
- 일부 언어 모델은 Apple 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다 (Apple의 개인정보 보호 정책 적용)
- VisionCut은 변환된 텍스트만 받아 자막 트랙으로 표시하며, 음성 데이터를 자체적으로 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다
- 음성 인식 권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다
6. iCloud Drive 동기화 (선택)
iCloud Drive 동기화를 활성화한 경우, VisionCut은 프로젝트 폴더를 사용자의 개인 iCloud Drive에 저장합니다.
- 데이터는 Apple의 보안 iCloud 인프라 안에서만 처리됩니다
- 개발자 또는 제3자는 사용자의 iCloud 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다
- iCloud Drive 동기화는 설정 화면에서 언제든지 비활성화할 수 있습니다
- 동기화 비활성화 시 데이터는 기기 로컬에만 보관됩니다
7. 광고와 추적
VisionCut은 광고를 표시하지 않으며, 분석·트래킹 SDK를 일절 포함하지 않습니다 (Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta SDK 등 모두 미포함). App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.
8. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 모든 프로젝트는 앱 내 프로젝트 브라우저에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 모든 VisionCut 데이터가 함께 제거됩니다 (Documents 디렉터리)
- iCloud로 동기화된 데이터는 iOS 설정 > Apple ID > iCloud > VisionCut에서 삭제할 수 있습니다
- 익스포트된 mp4는 사진 앱이나 Files 앱에서 별도로 관리됩니다 (앱 삭제와 무관)
9. 어린이 개인정보
VisionCut은 만 13세 미만 어린이로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 본 방침의 변경
처리방침이 변경되는 경우, 본 페이지를 업데이트하고 앱 업데이트 노트를 통해 안내합니다.

This app ("VisionCut") values your video, audio, and voice data, and processes them transparently per this policy. VisionCut is a local-first video editor: all editing, rendering, and exporting happen entirely on your device. We do not transmit your videos or personal data to external servers.

2. Data We Do NOT Send to External Servers
VisionCut does not send any user data to external servers or analytics services. The following stays entirely on your device:
- Imported videos, images, and audio originals
- Per-clip transforms, filters, color grades, and caption data
- Proxy transcode artefacts (540p H.264 cache)
- Audio processing results (baked files with compressor/EQ/gate applied)
- Motion-tracking and stabilization analysis data
- Thumbnail and waveform caches
- Exported mp4 results
3. Photo Library Permission
VisionCut accesses your videos only through your explicit selection.
- Imports go through the iOS PhotosPicker — only the items you pick are accessible (the app cannot see your entire library)
- Imported videos are copied into the app's sandbox project folder; the originals are never modified
- Edits are not automatically saved back to your Photos library (you choose where to save after exporting)
4. Microphone Permission (Voiceover)
VisionCut accesses the microphone only when you start a voiceover recording.
- Recordings are written immediately to the project folder as m4a files
- Nothing is transmitted externally while recording
- You can revoke microphone permission at any time via iOS Settings → VisionCut → Microphone
5. Speech Recognition Permission (Auto Subtitles)
Speech recognition runs only when you trigger "Auto subtitles" on a clip.
- We use Apple's
SFSpeechRecognizer framework
- Some language models may process audio on Apple's servers, subject to Apple's privacy policy
- VisionCut receives only the converted text for the caption track — we do not store or transmit the audio ourselves
- Speech recognition permission can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings
6. iCloud Drive Sync (Optional)
If you enable iCloud Drive sync, VisionCut stores your project folder in your private iCloud Drive.
- Data is processed only within Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure
- Neither the developer nor any third party can access your iCloud data
- iCloud Drive sync can be disabled at any time in the in-app settings
- When disabled, data stays only on the local device
7. Ads & Tracking
VisionCut shows no ads and integrates no analytics or tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta SDK, etc.). We do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
- All projects can be deleted directly from the in-app project browser
- Deleting the app removes all VisionCut data on the device (Documents directory)
- iCloud-synced data can be deleted via iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → VisionCut
- Exported mp4 files live in your Photos or Files app and are unaffected by app deletion
9. Children's Privacy
VisionCut does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
