개인정보처리방침 — SimplePenNote

본 앱(이하 "SimplePenNote")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 본 처리방침에 따라 투명하고 안전하게 처리합니다. SimplePenNote는 로컬-퍼스트 + Apple iCloud 원칙으로 설계되었으며, 모든 노트 데이터는 사용자의 기기와 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정 안에서만 처리됩니다. 운영자에게는 어떠한 노트 내용도 전송되지 않습니다.

1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보

2. 외부 서버로 전송되지 않는 정보

SimplePenNote는 운영자가 운영하는 외부 서버나 분석 서비스로 어떠한 사용자 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다. 다음 정보는 모두 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에만 존재합니다:

필기 내용, 그림, 손글씨
노트 제목, 페이지 구성, 종이 스타일
앱 사용 패턴, 사용 시간, 클릭 로그

3. iCloud 동기화

SimplePenNote는 사용자의 기기에서 다른 기기로 노트를 동기화하기 위해 Apple의 iCloud(CloudKit) 서비스를 사용합니다. 동기화는 다음과 같이 작동합니다:

노트 데이터는 사용자의 개인 iCloud 계정 (Private Database)에만 저장됩니다.
SimplePenNote 운영자는 사용자의 iCloud에 저장된 노트 내용에 접근할 수 없습니다.
iCloud 동기화는 iOS 설정 > Apple ID > iCloud > SimplePenNote에서 언제든지 끌 수 있습니다.

4. 인앱 결제 (SimplePenNote Pro)

Pro 기능 잠금 해제는 Apple StoreKit을 통해 일회성으로 처리됩니다. 결제 정보 자체는 SimplePenNote가 보지 못하며, Apple이 전적으로 처리합니다. 영수증과 트랜잭션 ID는 구매 검증 및 복원 목적으로만 일시 사용됩니다.

5. 광고 및 분석

SimplePenNote는 광고를 표시하지 않으며, Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta SDK 등 어떠한 분석/추적 SDK도 통합하지 않았습니다. 어떠한 사용 패턴 데이터도 수집되지 않습니다.

6. 권한 사용

7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

노트는 사용자가 앱 내에서 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
앱을 삭제해도 사용자 iCloud의 데이터는 남을 수 있습니다. 완전 삭제는 iOS 설정 > Apple ID > iCloud > 저장 공간 관리 > SimplePenNote에서 가능합니다.

8. 어린이 개인정보

SimplePenNote는 만 13세 미만 어린이로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 본 방침의 변경

처리방침이 변경되는 경우, 본 페이지를 업데이트하고 앱 내 안내합니다.

This app ("SimplePenNote") values your privacy and processes data transparently per this policy. SimplePenNote is designed with a local-first + Apple iCloud principle: all note data is processed entirely on your device and within your own iCloud account. The developer never receives the contents of your notes.

1. Data We Collect & Process

2. Data We Do NOT Send to Our Servers

SimplePenNote does not send any user data to any developer-operated server or analytics service. The following stays only on your device or in your own iCloud account:

Your handwriting, drawings, and note contents
Note titles, page composition, paper styles
App usage patterns, timing, click logs

3. iCloud Sync

SimplePenNote uses Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) to sync notes across your devices. Sync works as follows:

Note data is stored only in your personal iCloud account (Private Database).
The SimplePenNote developer cannot access content stored in your iCloud.
iCloud sync can be disabled anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → SimplePenNote.

4. In-App Purchase (SimplePenNote Pro)

Unlocking Pro features is processed as a one-time non-consumable purchase via Apple StoreKit. SimplePenNote does not see your payment information; Apple handles it entirely. Receipts and transaction IDs are used briefly only for purchase validation and restore.

5. Ads & Tracking

SimplePenNote shows no ads and integrates no analytics or tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta SDK, etc.). No usage telemetry is collected.

6. Permissions

7. Retention & Deletion

Notes are retained until you delete them in-app.
Uninstalling the app may not remove data from your iCloud. To fully delete, go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → SimplePenNote.

8. Children's Privacy

SimplePenNote does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Policy Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and notify users in-app.
