Summary: Poker Sense collects no data. Your training progress, streaks, weakness analysis, bookmarks, language and theme settings are stored only on your device (localStorage) and never leave it. There is no backend server, and there are no analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. Poker Sense is a strategy-learning app and does not involve real money or rewards.

1. Information We Collect

Poker Sense does not collect any personal data. There is no sign-up and no login, and the app neither requests nor stores identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or location. Everything you do in the app stays on your device.

Training progress / streaks / scores / weakness analysis / bookmarks — saved only in your device's local storage (localStorage).
UI language and theme settings — app preferences, likewise stored only on your device.
Questions, courses and explanation content — bundled inside the app. The personalized analysis and rule-based explanations run entirely on-device; nothing is sent to any server.

2. Data Transmission & Third-Party Sharing

Poker Sense does not transmit any data off your device or share anything with third parties.

No backend server — the app makes no network calls for your data.
No analytics tools
No crash-reporting SDKs
No advertising or tracking identifiers (no IDFA usage)

3. Payments (In-App Purchase)

Poker Sense is free to start, with an optional one-time lifetime upgrade (Poker Sense Pro) that unlocks the full learning content. All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. Poker Sense never sees or stores your payment details such as card numbers. Payment and refund data are governed by Apple's privacy policy. Purchase restoration is performed through your Apple account.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data lives only on your device, you retain full control at all times.
You can reset your progress directly inside the app.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data (localStorage) with it. Your in-app purchase entitlement can be restored through your Apple account.

5. Accounts & Login

Poker Sense requires no account, no login, and no identifiers such as email, phone number, or social sign-in.

6. Children's Privacy

Poker Sense collects no personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no external links and no user-to-user communication features. It is a decision-training app that does not involve real money or rewards of any kind.

7. Your Rights

Because all data stays on your device, you can exercise access, correction, and deletion rights directly through the in-app UI and iOS system settings. For GDPR / CCPA / other regulatory questions, contact us using the address below.
