Pick5 does not collect personal data. There is no sign-up or login, and we never request or store identifying information such as name, email, phone number, or location. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
Pick5 does not transmit any data externally or share it with third parties.
The app may load web fonts for display quality; no personally identifying information is transmitted in that process.
Pick5's share cards (e.g. your all-time Top 5) are generated as an image on your device only when you tap the share button, and are passed to the app you choose (e.g. Instagram, Messages) via the iOS system share sheet. Pick5 never automatically posts or uploads your content.
Pick5 is free, with an optional lifetime unlock (Pick5 Pro, one-time purchase). All payments are processed by Apple's App Store / StoreKit; Pick5 never sees or stores payment details such as card numbers. Payment and refund data handling follows Apple's privacy policy. Purchase restoration is handled through your Apple account.
Pick5 requires no account creation or login, and no identifiers such as email, phone number, or social sign-in.
Pick5 is designed to be safe for all ages (4+). We collect no personal data from anyone, including children. There are no user-to-user communication features.
Because all data resides on your device, you can exercise your rights of access, correction, and deletion directly through the app's UI and iOS. For questions about rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other laws, contact us below.
