Q. GPX 파일은 어디서 가져올 수 있나요? 대부분의 GPS 로거 앱(Strava, Garmin Connect, GeoTracker 등)에서 GPX 1.1 형식으로 내보낼 수 있습니다. iCloud Drive 또는 파일 앱에서 PhotoTrail로 가져올 수 있습니다.

Q. DSLR 카메라 시간이 실제 시간과 다를 때 어떻게 보정하나요? GPX 가져오기 화면에서 "카메라 시간 오프셋"을 조정하세요. 예: 카메라가 한국 시간으로 설정되어 있고 현지(일본) 시간이 +1시간이면 오프셋을 +1로 설정합니다.

Q. iCloud 동기화가 안 됩니다. iOS 설정 > Apple ID > iCloud > "iCloud Drive 사용 중인 앱" 목록에서 PhotoTrail이 활성화되어 있는지 확인하세요. 또한 PhotoTrail 설정 화면에서 iCloud 동기화 토글이 켜져 있어야 합니다.

Q. Apple Watch에서 트래킹이 안 됩니다. Watch에서 위치 권한을 "앱 사용 중에 허용"으로 설정해주세요. 또한 iPhone과 페어링이 정상이어야 WatchConnectivity로 GPS 데이터가 전송됩니다.

Q. 지원 기기는 어떻게 되나요? iPhone (iOS 17 이상), Apple Watch (watchOS 10 이상)에서 동작합니다. 더 낮은 버전은 SwiftData·MapKit 신규 API 의존성으로 지원하지 않습니다.

Q. 지원 언어는 무엇인가요? 한국어, 영어, 일본어, 중국어 간체. 시스템 언어에 따라 자동 전환됩니다.

Q. Does editing EXIF damage the original photo? PhotoTrail only modifies metadata (EXIF). Image pixels are not re-encoded. Original quality is preserved.

Q. Where can I get GPX files? Most GPS logger apps (Strava, Garmin Connect, GeoTracker, etc.) can export to GPX 1.1 format. You can import via iCloud Drive or the Files app into PhotoTrail.

Q. My DSLR clock is wrong — how do I correct it? On the GPX import screen, adjust the "Camera time offset". Example: if your camera is set to home time and you're in a +1 hour timezone, set the offset to +1.

Q. iCloud sync isn't working. Check iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → "Apps using iCloud Drive" — PhotoTrail must be enabled. Also confirm the iCloud sync toggle is on in PhotoTrail Settings.

Q. Tracking doesn't work on Apple Watch. Ensure the Watch has location permission set to "While Using". Pairing with iPhone must be healthy for WatchConnectivity to deliver GPS data.

Q. What devices are supported? iPhone (iOS 17+) and Apple Watch (watchOS 10+). Lower versions are not supported due to SwiftData and new MapKit API dependencies.

Q. What languages are supported? Korean, English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. The app switches automatically based on your system language.
