수카버스(이하 "운영자")는 Windows용 마크다운 에디터 「Nebula Note - Markdown Editor」(이하 "앱")를 제공하며, 이 방침에 따라 이용자의 정보를 다룹니다.
앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 운영자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 운영자가 운영하는 서버도 없으며, 사용 통계·광고·분석 도구를 넣지 않았습니다. 모든 데이터는 이용자의 PC 안에만 저장됩니다.
앱이 제대로 동작하도록 다음 정보를 이용자의 PC에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 운영자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

편집하는 문서 자체는 이용자가 직접 고른 위치에만 저장됩니다.
)가 들어 있으면, 미리보기가 그 이미지를 해당 서버에서 불러옵니다. 이때 그 서버에는 일반적인 웹 요청과 같이 IP 주소 등이 전달될 수 있으며, 이는 해당 서버 운영자의 방침을 따릅니다.운영자는 이용자의 정보를 받지 않으므로 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 설치·결제·다운로드 과정의 정보는 Microsoft Store가 처리하며 Microsoft 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
2항의 정보는 이용자의 PC에 남아 있는 동안 보관됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱 전용 데이터가 지워지며, 사용자 폴더의 .markdownpro_* 파일과 폴더는 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
앱은 나이를 묻지 않으며, 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Sukhaverse ("we") provides Nebula Note - Markdown Editor (the "App"), a Markdown editor for Windows, and handles information as described here.
The App does not collect your personal information or send it to us. There is no sign-up or login, we operate no server for the App, and it contains no usage analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. All data stays on your PC.
To work properly, the App stores the following on your PC. None of it is sent to us or to any third party.

Your documents are saved only where you choose.
), the preview loads that image from its server. As with any web request, that server may receive your IP address, subject to its operator's policy.Since we receive no information from you, we do not share or sell it. Information related to installing, purchasing, or downloading the App is handled by the Microsoft Store under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The information in section 2 remains on your PC until removed. Uninstalling the App removes its app data; you can delete the .markdownpro_* files and folder in your user folder yourself.
The App does not ask for age and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
