Summary: My Cinema collects no personal data. Your all-time TOP 5, ranking, name, watchlist, language and taste settings are stored only on your device (localStorage) and never leave it. There is no server of ours, and no analytics, tracking, or ad SDKs. Only movie poster images are loaded from the TMDB image CDN (see §3).

1. Information We Collect

My Cinema collects no personal data. There is no sign-up or login, and we never request or store identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.

TOP 5 / ranking / watchlist / share-card name — content you create, stored only in on-device storage (localStorage). The "name" you type is used solely to render your share card and stays on your device.
Language, taste settings, Pro purchase cache — app preferences, stored only on your device.
Movie catalog & "taste characters" (match pool) — bundled local sample data, not real user accounts or an external database. All matching is computed on-device.

2. Data Transmission & Third Parties

My Cinema does not transmit any data you create, nor share it with third parties. No backend server, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising or tracking identifiers (IDFA).

3. Movie Poster Images (TMDB)

Movie poster images are loaded directly from the TMDB (The Movie Database) image CDN (image.tmdb.org). As with any image loaded over the internet, standard technical information (e.g. IP address, device/browser type) may be visible to that CDN. No information that identifies you, and none of your movie selections, are sent (we also strip the request referrer). When offline, posters fall back to a typographic rendering.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Use of TMDB data and images is subject to TMDB's terms and privacy policy.

4. Payments (In-App Purchase)

My Cinema is free, with an optional lifetime unlock (My Cinema Pro, one-time ₩5,900). All payments are handled by Apple's App Store / StoreKit; My Cinema never sees or stores payment details. Restoring a purchase is done through your Apple account.

5. Retention & Deletion

All your data lives only on your device, so you have full control.
You can edit or reset your data ("start over") inside the app.
Deleting the app removes all on-device data. Your purchase can be restored via your Apple account.

6. Accounts & Login

My Cinema requires no account creation or login and no identifiers of any kind.

7. Children's Privacy

My Cinema collects no personal data and has no user-to-user communication. It is rated 4+.

8. Your Rights

Because all data is on your device, you can exercise access, correction, and deletion rights directly via the app UI and iOS. For GDPR/CCPA inquiries, contact us below.

If this policy changes, we will post the changes and effective date on this page.
