개인정보처리방침 — MemoGraph

본 앱(이하 "MemoGraph")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여깁니다. MemoGraph는 로컬-퍼스트 + Apple iCloud 원칙으로 설계되었으며, 사용자가 저장하는 메모와 지식 그래프 데이터는 사용자의 기기와 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정 안에서만 처리됩니다. 운영자는 어떠한 메모 내용도 수신하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
1. 수집 및 처리하는 정보

2. 외부 서버로 전송되지 않는 정보
MemoGraph는 운영자가 운영하는 외부 서버나 분석 서비스로 어떠한 사용자 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다. 아래 정보는 모두 사용자의 기기 또는 사용자 본인의 iCloud 계정에만 존재합니다:
- 메모 내용, 엔티티, 관계, 위치 이력, 원문 발화
- 지식 그래프 구조 및 .md 파일
- 앱 사용 패턴, 사용 시간, 클릭 로그
3. 제3자 AI 서비스 (Google Gemini)
MemoGraph는 입력을 분석하고 답변을 생성하기 위해 두 가지 AI 처리 방식을 제공합니다.
- 온디바이스 AI(기본값, 지원 기기): Apple Intelligence를 사용해 기기에서 처리되며, 데이터가 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
- 클라우드 AI(Google LLC의 Google Gemini API,
generativelanguage.googleapis.com): 기기가 온디바이스 AI를 지원하지 않거나 사용자가 선택한 경우 사용됩니다.
클라우드 AI를 사용할 때 Google LLC로 전송되는 데이터와 목적은 다음과 같습니다.
- 전송되는 데이터: 사용자가 입력하거나 음성으로 말한 텍스트와 대화 내용. 여기에는 물건·장소·사람·일정·아이디어 등 개인 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 또한 배경 정리 기능(정원사)이 동작할 때 저장된 항목의 이름·내용이 함께 전송될 수 있습니다.
- 받는 곳: Google LLC — Google Gemini API.
- 사용 목적: 입력 분석, 항목·관계·별칭 추출, 질문에 대한 답변 생성. 오직 이 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
- 사전 동의: 데이터가 클라우드로 전송되기 전에 앱 내에서 어떤 데이터가 누구에게 전송되는지 명확히 고지하고 사용자의 명시적 동의를 받습니다. 동의하지 않으면 어떠한 데이터도 전송되지 않으며, 동의는 설정 > "데이터 및 개인정보"에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 전송된 텍스트의 처리는 Google의 정책을 따릅니다: Google 개인정보처리방침. Google은 본 방침과 동등하거나 그 이상의 데이터 보호를 제공합니다.
- 음성 인식은 Apple의 Speech 프레임워크를 사용하며, 지원 언어는 가능한 경우 온디바이스로 처리됩니다.
4. iCloud 동기화
사용자가 저장 위치를 iCloud로 선택한 경우, 메모(.md)는 Apple iCloud Documents를 통해 사용자의 기기 간에 동기화됩니다.
- 데이터는 사용자의 개인 iCloud 계정에만 저장됩니다.
- MemoGraph 운영자는 사용자의 iCloud에 저장된 내용에 접근할 수 없습니다.
- 저장 위치는 설정에서 로컬/iCloud 간 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. 광고 및 분석
MemoGraph는 광고를 표시하지 않으며, Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta SDK 등 어떠한 분석/추적 SDK도 통합하지 않았습니다.
7. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 메모는 사용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 .md 파일을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 앱을 삭제해도 사용자 iCloud의 데이터는 남을 수 있습니다. 완전 삭제는 iOS 설정 > Apple ID > iCloud에서 가능합니다.
- API 키는 기기 Keychain에 저장되며, 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
8. 어린이 개인정보
MemoGraph는 만 13세 미만 어린이로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
9. 본 방침의 변경
처리방침이 변경되는 경우, 본 페이지를 업데이트합니다.

This app ("MemoGraph") values your privacy. MemoGraph is designed with a local-first + Apple iCloud principle: the memos and knowledge-graph data you save are processed entirely on your device and within your own iCloud account. The developer never receives or stores the contents of your memos.

2. Data We Do NOT Send to Our Servers
MemoGraph does not send any user data to any developer-operated server or analytics service. The following stays only on your device or in your own iCloud account:
- Memo contents, entities, relations, location history, original utterances
- Knowledge-graph structure and .md files
- App usage patterns, timing, click logs
3. Third-Party AI Service (Google Gemini)
MemoGraph offers two AI processing modes for analyzing input and generating answers:
- On-device AI (default, supported devices): processed on the device with Apple Intelligence; data never leaves your device.
- Cloud AI (Google LLC's Google Gemini API,
generativelanguage.googleapis.com): used when your device does not support on-device AI or when you choose it.
When cloud AI is used, the following data is sent to Google LLC for the purposes described:
- Data sent: the text you type or dictate and your conversation, which may include personal information such as objects, places, people, schedules, and ideas. When the background "Gardener" feature runs, the names and contents of saved items may also be sent.
- Recipient: Google LLC — Google Gemini API.
- Purpose: analyzing input, extracting items, relationships, and aliases, and generating answers. Used solely for these purposes.
- Prior consent: before any data is sent to the cloud, the app presents a clear in-app disclosure of what data is sent and to whom, and obtains your explicit consent. If you do not consent, no data is sent, and consent can be withdrawn anytime in Settings > "Data & Privacy".
- Processing of transmitted text follows Google's policy: Google Privacy Policy. Google provides data protection equal to or stronger than this policy.
- Speech recognition uses Apple's Speech framework and is processed on-device for supported languages where available.
4. iCloud Sync
If you choose iCloud as the storage location, your memos (.md) are synced across your devices via Apple iCloud Documents.
- Data is stored only in your personal iCloud account.
- The MemoGraph developer cannot access content stored in your iCloud.
- You can switch the storage location between local and iCloud anytime in Settings.

6. Ads & Tracking
MemoGraph shows no ads and integrates no analytics or tracking SDKs (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta SDK, etc.).
7. Retention & Deletion
- Memos are retained until you delete them in the app or remove the .md files.
- Deleting the app may leave data in your iCloud. Full deletion is available via iOS Settings > Apple ID > iCloud.
- The API key is stored in the device Keychain and can be removed in Settings.
8. Children's Privacy
MemoGraph does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
