Ember is an on-device focus timer and companion app. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. All features run locally on your device; the app requires no account.
Ember is a focus, productivity, and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any medical or psychological condition, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Use your own judgment about when and how to take breaks.
Ember is free with an optional one-time lifetime "Pro" unlock (non-consumable), sold and processed by Apple via the App Store. Purchases are subject to the App Store Terms of Service. Restoration is handled through your Apple account.
The app, its design, audio, and artwork are owned by Blue Code and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its assets except as permitted by law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms may be updated; the current version with its effective date will be posted on this page.
