본 앱(이하 "Director Cam")은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 본 처리방침에 따라 투명하게 처리합니다.

1. 우리가 수집하는 정보

Director Cam은 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 서버가 없으며, 네트워크 통신을 하지 않습니다.

2. 카메라 및 마이크

Director Cam은 실시간 뷰파인더 표시, 구도 안내, 음성 레벨(dB) 측정, 그리고 영상 녹화를 위해 기기 내에서만 카메라와 마이크를 사용합니다.

카메라·마이크 데이터는 어떤 서버로도 전송·업로드·저장되지 않습니다.
녹화한 영상은 사용자의 기기에만 남습니다.
구도·조명·음성 분석은 모두 기기 내에서 처리되는 추정치이며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.

2-1. 얼굴 데이터 (안면 정보)

Director Cam은 촬영 중 화면 안의 얼굴 위치(사각형 영역)를 기기 내에서 실시간으로 감지해, 구도·눈높이 가이드와 구도 점수를 표시합니다. 이는 얼굴 검출(위치 인식)일 뿐이며, 다음에 해당합니다:

수집하는 얼굴 데이터: 한 프레임 안의 얼굴 위치(사각형 좌표)뿐입니다. 얼굴 특징값(faceprint)·템플릿·생체 식별자를 생성하지 않습니다.
사용 목적: 오직 실시간 구도·눈높이 가이드 표시와 구도 점수 계산에만 사용됩니다. 그 외 용도는 없습니다.
얼굴 인식·신원 식별을 하지 않습니다. Face ID·TrueDepth를 사용하지 않습니다.
저장하지 않습니다. 감지된 좌표는 매 프레임 메모리에서만 쓰이고 즉시 폐기되며, 디스크·서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
제3자 공유·전송 없음. 네트워크가 없어 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
보관 기간 없음. 얼굴 데이터는 프레임 단위 처리 후 폐기되어 보관되지 않습니다.

참고: 사용자가 직접 녹화·저장한 영상에는 얼굴이 담길 수 있으나, 그 영상은 사용자의 기기에만 저장되고 앱이 업로드하지 않으며, 사용자가 시스템 공유 시트로만 직접 내보낼 수 있습니다.

3. 우리가 수집하지 않는 정보

이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보
위치, 연락처, 캘린더 등 기기 데이터
광고 식별자, 트래킹 식별자
분석 데이터, 사용 패턴, 디바이스 정보
네트워크를 통한 어떠한 데이터도 — Director Cam은 인터넷 통신을 하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 서비스 및 AI 고지

본 앱은 외부 서비스(분석 도구·광고 SDK·크래시 리포팅·외부 API)를 일체 사용하지 않습니다. 앱이 제공하는 영상 점수와 코칭은 기기 내에서 계산된 참고용 추정치이며, 품질을 보장하지 않습니다.

5. 사용자의 권리

모든 데이터 즉시 삭제: 앱 삭제 시 설정·촬영본이 함께 삭제됩니다.

본 앱은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 정보가 수집될 가능성도 없습니다.

This app ("Director Cam") values your privacy and handles your information transparently as described below.

1. What We Collect

Director Cam does not collect any personal information. All data is stored only on your device. There is no server and no network communication.

2. Camera & Microphone

Director Cam uses your camera and microphone only on your device to show the live viewfinder, guide framing, measure audio level (dB), and record video.

Camera and microphone data are never transmitted, uploaded, or stored on any server.
Recordings you capture stay on your device.
Framing, lighting, and audio analysis are on-device estimates and are not sent anywhere.

2a. Face Data

While you shoot, Director Cam detects the location of a face (a bounding box) in the camera frame, on your device and in real time, to draw framing / eyeline guides and compute a framing score. This is face detection (locating a face) only:

Face data collected: only the position of a face (bounding-box coordinates) within the current frame. The app does not create a faceprint, template, or biometric identifier.
How it is used: solely to show real-time framing / eyeline guides and to compute a framing score. There is no other use.
No facial recognition or identification, and no use of Face ID or TrueDepth.
Not stored: the detected coordinates are used in memory for the current frame only and discarded immediately; nothing is written to disk or any server.
Not shared or transmitted: there is no network, so face data is never sent to third parties or anywhere else.
No retention: face data is processed per frame and discarded — it is not retained.

Note: a video you choose to record and save may contain your face, but it is stored only on your device, is never uploaded by the app, and can be exported only by you via the system share sheet.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

Personal identifiers: name, email, phone number
Device data: location, contacts, calendar
Advertising or tracking identifiers
Analytics, usage patterns, or device info
Any data over the network — Director Cam does not communicate with the internet.

4. Third-Party Services & AI Disclosure

This app uses NO external services (no analytics, ad SDKs, crash reporting, or external APIs). The video score and coaching shown in the app are on-device estimates for guidance only and are not guarantees of quality.

5. Your Rights

Delete all data instantly: deleting the app removes your settings and recordings.

This app is not directed at children under 13 and, since it collects NO personal information whatsoever, no child information can be collected.
