By downloading or using DeepRead ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DeepRead is an on-device document reader and AI assistant (summarization, translation, question-answering, and highlight notes) provided for personal, non-commercial use. All AI processing runs locally on your device via Apple Intelligence; the app requires no account and no network access.
AI-generated summaries, translations, and answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. DeepRead is a reading aid, not a substitute for careful review of the original document, and is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying important details against the source document before relying on them.
DeepRead is free with an optional one-time lifetime "Pro" unlock (non-consumable), sold and processed by Apple via the App Store. Purchases are subject to the App Store Terms of Service. Restoration is handled through your Apple account.
The app, its design, and artwork are owned by Blue Code and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its assets except as permitted by law. You retain all rights to the documents you import and any content you create within the app.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Code is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content.
These terms may be updated; the current version with its effective date will be posted on this page.
