blue-code(이하 "당사")는 Apple TV용 동영상 플레이어 CloudPlay TV(이하 "본 앱")을 통해 사용자의 개인정보를 보호하는 것을 최우선 가치로 여깁니다. 본 방침은 본 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 사용·보관·공유하는지 설명합니다.
1. 본 앱이 수집·전송하지 않는 정보
- 동영상·자막 콘텐츠: 사용자가 보유한 클라우드/NAS에 저장된 콘텐츠는 사용자 디바이스(Apple TV)와 사용자가 지정한 저장소 사이에서 직접 스트리밍되며, 당사 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
- 시청 기록: 어떤 영상을 언제 보았는지에 대한 정보는 디바이스에 로컬로만 저장됩니다 (이어보기 용도). 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 광고·분석 SDK: 본 앱은 어떠한 광고 SDK, 분석 도구, 추적 식별자도 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 사용자가 제공하는 정보 (선택)

위 정보는 본 앱이 사용자 클라우드 또는 NAS의 콘텐츠를 사용자의 명시적 요청에 따라 가져오기 위해서만 사용되며, 당사 서버에는 어떠한 정보도 저장되지 않습니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
본 앱은 사용자가 사용을 선택한 경우에만 다음 서비스에 접속합니다:
- Google Drive API — 사용자가 Google 계정으로 로그인한 경우에 한해 접근. Google 개인정보처리방침.
- Microsoft Graph (OneDrive) — 사용자가 Microsoft 계정으로 로그인한 경우에 한해 접근. Microsoft 개인정보처리방침.
- Apple iCloud Drive — Apple TV에 로그인된 Apple ID의 iCloud 컨테이너에 접근. Apple 개인정보처리방침.
- OpenSubtitles API — 사이드카 자막이 없을 때만 영상 파일명 기반으로 자막을 검색. 영상 파일은 전송되지 않습니다. OpenSubtitles 정책.
- 사용자 지정 NAS/HTTP/FTP/WebDAV 서버 — 사용자가 직접 입력한 주소에만 연결.
4. 권한 사용 사유
- 로컬 네트워크 (Bonjour 검색): 동일 네트워크의 NAS·미디어 서버 검색 및 연결.
- iCloud 컨테이너: iCloud Drive에서 사용자 영상에 접근.
5. 데이터 삭제
설정 > 클라우드 계정 > 로그아웃을 누르면 해당 계정의 토큰이 즉시 키체인에서 삭제됩니다. NAS 항목 삭제 시 자격 증명이 함께 제거됩니다. 앱 삭제 시 모든 로컬 데이터가 함께 제거됩니다.
6. 어린이
본 앱은 13세 미만 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 어린이의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 정책 변경
본 방침이 변경될 경우 본 페이지에 게시되며, 중대한 변경의 경우 앱 내에 알립니다.

CloudPlay TV — Privacy Policy

blue-code ("we", "us") publishes CloudPlay TV, an Apple TV video player. We treat user privacy as a top priority. This policy explains what data the app handles, how, and why.
1. What we do NOT collect or transmit
- Video and subtitle content: Streams directly between your Apple TV and the cloud/NAS you choose. Nothing passes through CloudPlay TV servers.
- Viewing history: Stored only locally on your device for resume-playback. Never transmitted.
- No ads, no analytics SDKs, no tracking identifiers.

This data is used only to access your own cloud or NAS at your explicit request. None of it is stored on our servers.
3. Third-party services
- Google Drive API (policy) — only when you sign in with Google.
- Microsoft Graph / OneDrive (policy) — only when you sign in with Microsoft.
- Apple iCloud Drive (policy) — uses the Apple ID signed in on your Apple TV.
- OpenSubtitles API (policy) — searches by filename only when no sidecar subtitle exists. The video file itself is never sent.
- Your own NAS/HTTP/FTP/WebDAV servers — only the addresses you configure.
4. Permissions
- Local Network: discover and connect to NAS and media servers.
- iCloud container: access videos in your iCloud Drive.
5. Data deletion
Tapping Settings → Cloud Accounts → Sign Out immediately removes the token from Keychain. Removing a NAS entry removes its credentials. Uninstalling the app removes all local data.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page.

1. 収集・送信しない情報
- 動画・字幕コンテンツ: ユーザーのクラウド/NAS と Apple TV の間で直接ストリーミングされ、当社サーバーを経由しません。
- 視聴履歴: 端末ローカルにのみ保存され、外部送信されません。
- 広告・分析 SDK・トラッキング ID は使用していません。
2. ユーザー提供データ（任意）
OAuth トークン（Google / Microsoft）、NAS 認証情報、再生位置などは Apple TV のキーチェーンまたは UserDefaults にのみ保存されます。当社サーバーには一切保存されません。
3. 第三者サービス
- Google Drive API、Microsoft Graph、Apple iCloud、OpenSubtitles、ユーザーが指定した NAS/HTTP/FTP/WebDAV のみ。
4. データ削除
「設定 → クラウドアカウント → ログアウト」でトークンを即時削除。アプリの削除で全ローカルデータが削除されます。
