이 앱에는 서버가 없습니다. 계정도 없습니다. 앱은 인터넷과 통신하지 않습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 어떤 데이터도 수집하지 않습니다. 게임 기록과 설정은 기기 안에만 남고, 대화 메시지는 근거리 링크를 통해 상대방 기기로 직접 전달되며 대화가 끝나면 양쪽에서 사라집니다.

수집하는 정보

없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치, 광고 식별자, 사용 통계 등 어떤 것도 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다. 분석 도구나 광고 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

상대에게 전달되는 것 (선택)

설정에서 켠 경우에만 성별과 나이대(예: 30대)가 대화 요청 시 상대 기기로 전달됩니다. 정확한 생년월일이나 나이는 전달되지 않고, 기기에만 남습니다. 두 항목 모두 기본값은 꺼짐이며 언제든 다시 끌 수 있습니다. 개발자에게는 전달되지 않습니다.

기기에만 저장되는 것

• 게임 진행 상황과 기록(점수·소거 줄 수·플레이 시간)
• 설정(테마, 소리, 진동, 수신 태도)
• 직접 밝힌 태어난 해와 성별 — 대화 기능의 연령 확인(만 18세 이상)에 쓰이며, 공유를 켜지 않으면 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다
• 차단 목록 — 차단한 상대를 다시 만나지 않기 위한 무작위 토큰. 신원 정보가 아닙니다.
• 기기 내부 난수 하나(Keychain) — 위 차단 토큰을 만드는 데만 쓰입니다.

앱을 삭제하면 위 데이터도 함께 사라집니다.

근거리 대화

• 대화는 Apple의 MultipeerConnectivity(기기 간 Wi-Fi·Bluetooth)로 이루어집니다. 인터넷을 거치지 않습니다.
• 주고받는 것은 텍스트뿐입니다. 이미지·링크·연락처·위치는 보낼 수 없습니다.
• 표시되는 별명(예: 🐸 초록개구리)은 앱을 켤 때마다 무작위로 새로 만들어지며, 이전 대화와 연결되지 않습니다.
• 대화 내용은 어떤 서버에도 전송되지 않고 저장되지 않습니다. 대화가 끝나면 양쪽 기기에서 삭제됩니다.

신고

신고 기능을 사용하면 최근 대화 내용을 담은 메일이 작성만 되고, 보내기는 사용자가 직접 눌러야 합니다. 앱이 자동으로 전송하지 않습니다. 메일을 보내는 경우 그 내용은 digimaru@gmail.com 으로 전달되어 신고 처리와 필터 개선에만 사용되며, 다른 목적에 쓰이지 않습니다.

구매

인앱 구매는 Apple이 처리합니다. 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않으며 볼 수도 없습니다.

아동

대화 기능은 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있으며, 미성년자로 밝힌 경우 대화 기능이 제공되지 않습니다. 개발자는 아동을 포함한 누구로부터도 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.

권한

• 로컬 네트워크·Bluetooth — 근처 기기를 찾아 대화를 연결하기 위해서만 사용합니다. 거부해도 게임은 전부 정상 동작하며, 대화 기능만 사용할 수 없습니다.

In one paragraph

This app has no server and no accounts, and it does not connect to the internet. The developer collects no data from you. Game records and settings stay on your device. Chat messages travel directly to the other person's device over a short-range link, and are deleted from both devices when the conversation ends.

Data we collect

None. No name, email, phone number, location, advertising identifier or usage statistics is collected or transmitted. There is no analytics and no advertising SDK.

Shared with the other person (optional)

If you switch them on in Settings, your gender and age range (e.g. "30s") are sent to the other device when you ask to talk. Your exact date of birth or age is never sent and stays on your device. Both are off by default and can be switched off again at any time. Neither reaches the developer.

Stored only on your device

• Game progress and records (score, lines cleared, time played)
• Settings (theme, sound, haptics, how you want to receive chat requests)
• The birth year and gender you declared — used for the 18+ check on the chat features, and never leaving the device unless you switch sharing on
• Your block list — a random token per blocked person, so they are never discovered again. It is not an identity and reveals nothing about them.
• One random value in the device Keychain, used solely to derive that block token.

Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Nearby conversations

• Chat uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity (device-to-device Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). It never goes over the internet.
• Plain text only. Images, links, contact details and location cannot be sent.
• The anonymous alias shown (e.g. 🐸 Green Frog) is randomly regenerated every launch and is not linkable to any previous conversation.
• Messages are never sent to or stored on any server, and are deleted from both devices when the conversation ends.

Reporting

Reporting prepares an email containing the recent messages; you press send yourself. The app never sends it automatically. If you do send it, the contents go to digimaru@gmail.com and are used only to handle the report and improve the filter.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. The developer never receives or sees payment details.

Children

The chat features are for 18 and over; a user who declares an age under 18 is not given them at all. The developer collects no data from anyone, children included.

Permissions

• Local network and Bluetooth — used only to find nearby devices for a conversation. If you decline, the whole game still works; only chat is unavailable.
