Q. 갤러리에 있는 사진으로 칸을 채울 수 있나요? 아니요. 진정성을 위해 앱 안에서 직접 촬영한 사진만 인증으로 인정됩니다. 갤러리 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.

Q. 친구와 함께 하려면 인터넷이 필요한가요? 방식에 따라 다릅니다. 게임을 만들 때 두 가지 중에서 고를 수 있어요.
· 근처 친구 — 인터넷이 필요 없습니다. Bluetooth / Wi-Fi로 기기끼리 직접 연결되며 외부 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 대신 서로 가까이 있어야 연결이 유지됩니다.
· 멀리 있는 친구 — 인터넷이 필요합니다. 서로 다른 동네에 있어도 같은 판으로 플레이할 수 있도록 중계 서버를 경유합니다. 이 서버는 게임 로직 없이 메시지를 전달만 하며 아무것도 저장하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 4항을 참고해 주세요.

Q. 멀리 있는 친구와 할 때 모르는 사람이 들어올 수 있나요? 아니요. 방에는 초대 코드를 아는 사람만 들어올 수 있고, 공개 매칭이나 낯선 사람과의 자동 연결은 없습니다. 원거리 초대 코드는 8자리라 임의로 맞히기 어렵습니다.

Q. 사진이 서버에 저장되나요? 아니요. 인증 사진의 원본은 어떤 경우에도 기기를 떠나지 않습니다. 이의제기 심사에 필요한 축소 썸네일만 같은 게임 참가자에게 전달되며, 중계 서버는 이를 전달만 하고 저장하지 않습니다.

Q. 카메라 권한을 거부했어요. 어떻게 하나요? 사진 인증에는 카메라 권한이 필요합니다. 기기 설정 → 빙고 스트릿 → 카메라에서 권한을 켜 주세요.

Q. 내 사진이 서버로 전송되나요? 아니요. 사진은 기기 안에만 저장되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 멀티플레이에서도 사진 원본은 다른 기기로 전송되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

Q. 사진에 위치가 기록되나요? 사진 촬영 시 위치가 메타데이터에 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 기록 화면에서 보여 주기 위한 용도일 뿐 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

Q. 기록을 삭제하고 싶어요. 기록 상세 화면에서 개별 게임 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 로컬 데이터가 함께 제거됩니다.

Q. 어떤 기기에서 동작하나요? iOS 17.0 이상의 iPhone에서 동작합니다(세로 모드). 한국어와 영어를 지원합니다.

Q. Do I need an account? No. Bingo Street starts instantly — no sign-up or login required.

Q. Can I fill a cell with a photo from my gallery? No. For authenticity, only photos captured live inside the app count as verification. The app does not even request gallery permission.

Q. Do I need the internet to play with friends? It depends which form you pick when you create a game.
· Nearby friend — no internet needed. Devices connect directly over Bluetooth / Wi-Fi with no external server. You do have to stay close to each other to keep the connection.
· Faraway friend — internet required. Communication passes through a relay server so you can share a board from different neighborhoods. That server has no game logic, only forwards messages, and stores nothing. See §4 of the Privacy Policy for details.

Q. Can a stranger join when I play with a faraway friend? No. A room can be entered only by someone who has the invite code — there is no public matchmaking and no automatic pairing with strangers. Remote invite codes are 8 characters, so they are not practical to guess.

Q. Are my photos stored on a server? No. The original photo never leaves your device, in any mode. Only the downscaled thumbnail needed to review a challenge is passed to players in your game, and the relay forwards it without storing it.

Q. I denied camera permission. What now? Camera permission is required for photo verification. Enable it in Settings → Bingo Street → Camera.

Q. Are my photos uploaded to a server? No. Photos are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. Even in multiplayer, original photos are not transmitted to other devices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Q. Is location recorded in my photos? Location may be embedded in a photo's metadata when you take it. It is used only to display where the photo was taken on the history screen and is never sent to a server.

Q. How do I delete my records? You can delete individual game records from the history detail screen. Deleting the app removes all local data.

Q. What devices are supported? iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later (portrait orientation). Korean and English are supported.
